My work focuses on adopting positive psychological theories and approaches, jointly formulated with professional elite dancers and performing artists in nurturing and fostering their wellness and well-being, performance optimisation and career transitions, growth and development.

The National Autistic Society (NAS)

Clinical Lead and Principal Psychologist working within the Education and Children’s and Young People Services Directorate, focussing on supporting and empowering autistic and neuro-diverse children and young individuals and their families.

Research Interests

PhD Doctoral Thesis looked at Retirement and Career Transitions in Elite Performers, at Birkbeck University, London (2007). Research collaborations are core to my practice, both clinical and non-clinical in order to inform evidence-based practices and practice-based evidence. Published author and holding several Editorial Board positions.
